No offence to the late real Richard Burns ( who has passed away recently... ) but I thought the game that bears his name is not a very good sim title. I could'nt find anything fun about the game to comment about, which is suppose to be the main reason for playing it in the first place... A pretty dull game, quite bland in the physics and graphics department. I'm pretty much looking forward to play DIRT: Colin McRae.

The Really Best Time to get a PS3 is when all this will eventually happen: ( 1 ) PRICE CUT. ( 2 ) When all these promised upcoming title would finally be released to add to the growing complaints about the very limited amount of games the PS3 has on it's line-up. Here's the truth - Only spend about one-third of a percentage if you want something of an above average quality. For example, if the most expensive ( this does'nt necessarily mean the best... ) cables cost around $100 bucks - buy something the third of the amount, probably in the range of $30-$35 bucks would give you the same performance. Most audio-tech guys swear by this guide, and would probably tell this to anyone out there if asked. Don't be gullible, ask questions.

Could this be one of the reasons why MC/XBox360 is contemplating on putting-on motion control on their pads?
I rarely see any PS3 ads whenever I go out to those electronic shops ( not the usual gaming shops i.e., EB Games/Games Wizard etc... ). Even on my mailbox, with all those ad brochures that they chuck-in whenever you take your mail out there are rarely any ads on the PS3, if any it would only occupy a very small portion with just the PS3 and about around ( 5 ) game titles to go with the ad. On most of these brochures, they don't even include any PS3 ads anymore, they'll just advertise the old ...

Hope something positive would come out of this issue. It's just the right of every buyer to get what they deserved from any purchase. Period. If something is wrong with the product they should fix ( if covered by warranty ) or replace it. Because they should realize in the end that this is very damaging for the brand name and their trust on the buying public especially now this issue has been spread-out by the media - and this is a good thing that it has been exposed. Better to put a small or big standfan next to your console for ventillation. Don't believe the label on the back telling the change to a slightly cooler temperature, because it's not. What it does is it { mixes and traps the hot air that's supposed to come-out of the ducts in your console ) which in turn makes it run hotter. Think about it - you put this piece of accessory in the back to cover the built-in fan that's supposed to force hot air out.
It's true what they said about the ( in-car ) view adding more immersion playability as well giving you an actual realistic perspective when playing the game. Hope next time all driving/racing games could put this as a standard feature. It's understandable that Forza2 has concentrated more on the physical capabilities and with that much number of vehicles and bucketloads of modding options the creators could'nt add the in-car camera angle anymore. It would just take-up a lot of time and space...
For the price of a premium XBox 360 and a Nintendo WII ( Australian dollar ) combined you get the equivalent of a PS3. That's how Sony's marketing people are ripping-off their customers here. Yes, some games are coming soon so till it does and when they finally decide to bring the price at a more reasonable level that's when we'll have a second think...
This says a lot about the $h!t that's happening at Sony, especially how the higher-ups and the marketing people have been mistreating the buying public.

It's all about looks now, just to be true... and with all this HD Plasma/LCD, mine is better than yours attitude and the mutterings of all the comments I'ved been seeing posted on every gaming website the fun comes in second place now. Looks is what matters the most in this generation.
Very nice, Hope Kazinori-san will also make it a point to visit some centers where they crash cars just to see how every elements of metal, rubber, plastic and other form reacts and to finally realize his vision for a more realistic damage mode simulation on the GranTurismo. It's good to hear that an ( in-car ) camera view will now be included and also an advanced weather format.
